Influence of stimulation and blockade of dophaminergic system on the heart rate variability in nonlinear rats

We studied changes of wave characteristics of heart rate variability (HRV) in male rats when at stimulation (L-dopha, 20 mg/kg of b.w. and amantadine, 20 mg/kg of b.w.) and at blockade (sulpiride, 10 mg/kg of b.w. and SCH-2339, 0,1 mg/kg of b.w.) dopaminergic system. Stimulation of dopaminergic system leads to falling of HF waves capacity and growth IC in rats with initial domination of HF-waves, and leads to increase of LF-waves, HF-waves and to small increase of IC in rats with initial domination of LF + VLF-waves. Besides, the capacity of waves of a HRV-spectrum can decrease, can increase moderately or considerably on excitation and on blockade of dopaminergic system, last variant are possibly only when at stimulation of dopaminergic system. The capacity of LF-waves can be increased deferred moderately, moderately or considerably at all variants of reaction to stimulation of dopaminergic system. The effects of blockade of receptors to dopamine are expressed weakly regarding HRV. Nevertheless, the received data testify, that dopaminergic mechanisms can participate in formation LF- fluctuations of HRV-spectrum. But this participation has features at animals with initially various structure of spectrum Р’РЎР  and can be expressed in a different degree.
