Dynamics of an exchange of microelements (Co, Se, I, Cu, Mn, Mo, Zn, Fe) and hematological parameters was studied at various functional conditions of animals in geochemical conditions of Astrakhan region. In an organism of the Simmental cows delivered to Astrakhan region there was the negative balances of microelements (SРµ, РЎРѕ, I). It is revealed that cows utilize microelements in the physiological condition of the start better, than during milking. It is established that chronic influence of poorly provided SРµ, РЎРѕ, I and РЎu of forages causes the considerable changes in functions of endocrine system of animals. The level of thyroxine at the delivered and local ruminants is twice lower than physiological norm that is bound to a lack of an iodine and a selenium in feeding. The exchange of minerals, proteins, antioxidatic vitamins and enzymes, hematological indexes at the hidden forms gopomicroelementosis of the animals are below physiological norm. The positive tendency of influence of missing microelements in sterns, at their additional introduction, at the decrease in intensity of free-radical processes , to peroxide resistance of erythrocytes and increase in activity of antioxidatic system, level of an exchange of microelements and hematological indexes in an organism of the experimental animals is established. Results of the complex analysis of the conducted researches of a geochemical situation of the region of Low Volga, specific physiological features of reaction of animals on a lack of microelements of the environment and sterns allow to solve the problem essentially in a new way in the choice of missing microelements for the purpose of improvement of the functional condition of the productive animals.
