The article dwells on the results of research of the soils acid and main buffering capacity of the territories, which were not used in agriculture for about 20 years. The soils are determined as low-buffered on alkalinity, have unstable reaction of the environment and also are high-steady against acidulation. The obtained data testify to intra profile sizes differentiation of the acid and main buffering capacity and increase in the buffer areas on acid down on a profile that allows to use acid fertilizers for recultivation of the soil and natural pH of reaction alignment of the soil environment. Lack of a flood mode and as a result existence in the illuvial horizon heavy content of plaster concretions and salts creates heterogeneity of buffering capacity in a studied landscape.
