EFFECT OF EXTRACTS OF SACRED LOTUS FOR MORPHOFUNCTIONAL PARAMETERS OF RAT LIVER TISSUE ON THE BACKGROUND OF EXPOSURE CARBON TETRACHLORIDE

The results of the effect of the fruit extracts, capsules, seeds and leaves of sacred lotus on the morpho-functional parameters of the liver of rats on the background of the impact of carbon tetrachloride. The liver plays a key role in metabolism, its effectiveness depends on the physiological activity of synthetic and body's ability to eliminate toxins. Gepatotoksiny at vozdeystvii on pechen ee parenhimu damage and disrupt metabolic and enzymatic processes, causing a variety of pathological conditions. Hepatotoxicity simulated the introduction of carbon tetrachloride female rats. To assess the lotus extracts were administered to female rats hepatoprotective action nucifera and silymarin as reference drug. Various extracts of sacred lotus had varying degrees of hepatoprotective effect. The most effective was the sacred lotus seed extract. Hepatoprotective activity of extracts of the fruit-boxes was quite high, but the degree of liver parenchyma damage in comparison with the effect of seed extract and silymarin was higher. Leaf Extract sacred lotus had no impact on the tread pattern carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatotoxicity,
