For the last few years the number of researches concerning the influence of different social and psychological risk factors worsening the reproductive capacity of women and pregnancy outcomes has been increased. Age is an important risk factor in the development of complications of pregnancy and it becomes critical for the health of a woman and the fetus because of the use of tobacco, alcohol, coffee and malnutrition. The number of women experiencing anxiety and those who have stress susceptibility during the pregnancy is being increased and prenatal psychological questions are becoming relevant in the practice of medicine at present. This article presents the review of systematic researches for the last five years, the relationship of behavioral and psychological factors with pregnancy complications and loss. The presented data in the article will help clinicians more deeply to look at the problem the solution of which is becoming a priority of doctors of many specialities
