A monitoring of the physical development indicators and the conditions of the cardiorespiratory system as the integral assessment of the physical health of children of both sexes, grades 1-11, during the cycle and the traditional organization of physical training lessons were made. It was found that the cyclic organization of physical education lessons in schools for children in all age periods in the dynamics of the school year has a significant increase in the integrated assessment of physical health and physical performance, whereas the traditional organization of significant changes have been identified. When the cyclic organization of physical education lessons, as opposed to the traditional, by the end of the school year, compared with the beginning of the year, significantly increased the number of students with higher levels of physical fitness and physical performance.
