The condition of the system mast cells red bone marrow under toxic stress and its correction

In this work carried out the research of the level of basic cytokines in the peripheral blood of rats on the stage of mature ontogeny, which corresponded to an adult human age period, during chronic exposure to sour gas. It was revealed the growing violation of production of proinflammatory cytokines. Increased FNO-О± production in the first month of chronic exposure contributes to the adaptation of the organism. In the later stages the high concentration of this cytokine will lead to significant changes in the microcirculation system. Increasing the amount of interferon-Оі, especially in the later stages of the experiment, indicate the presence of chronic inflammation. Slight dynamic of changes IL-10 indicates a violation the work of inflammatory system.
