Curvature of the spine has a significant impact on hemodynamics person. This is due to the displacement of the heart and large vessels, as well as compression of the nerve roots in the places where they come out of the spinal canal. The aim of this study was to investigate the vegetative status of the cardiovascular system, the processes of formation of rhythm and heart rate in healthy subjects in a simulation of changes in the position of the spine and of teenager with scoliosis. Investigations made on 80 teenager and students aged 12-22 years. We have registered hemodynamics, ECG recorded, analyzed heart rate variability at various functional conditions of the spine. It was found that the right-sided scoliosis leads to inhibition of hemodynamics with increased role of central regulatory mechanisms.

Key words: simulation of curved the spine, violation of posture, heart rate variability, autonomic regulation
