The study presents the dynamics of free radical processes of protein oxidative modification (POM) and lipid peroxidation in blood plasma during stress exposure and pharmacological treatment (administration of О±-tocopherol, of cycloferon and its combinations) in aged rats. Stress causes a sharp increase in POM, indicating a decrease adaptive capacity of the organism due to the accumulation of oxidants. Immobilization stress older animals also leads to increased indices of lipid peroxidation:malonic dialdehyde in 95 %, acetylhydrolase 60 %. In stressed rats on the background of pharmacological correction was found to decrease significantly the level of malondialdehyde, acetylhydrolase, diene conjugates, ketodienes, conjugate of trienol; indicators POM up to 60 %.
