Piscicultural-biological and reproductive indicatores of spawners of white salmon and russian sturgion used to the artifical reproduction aims

Artificial reproduction of significant spices of fishes is the main method of a conservation of the populations of significant spices of fishes in natural environment. The artificial reproduction of white salmon and sturgeons is carried out at sturgeon plants in the Astrakhan region. The main mass of young sturgeon presents by Russian sturgeon. The article presents the results of studies which have been carried out at sturgeon plants in the period of a receipt white salmon and Russian sturgeon. The work shows the comparative description of piscicultural-biological and reproductive indicators of spawners of these fish species. The studies have shown that for the first time ripening spawners of white salmon participate in a spawning in the recent years. The quantity and quality of females and males of valuable fish species, withdrawn from natural reservoirs, does not provide the necessary needs of reproduction. The main quantity of Russian sturgeon juveniles on ARD receive from domesticated manufacturers, ripen under artificial conditions.
