On the base of FGBNU “Caspian Research Institute we conducted the study of arid agriculture” forage crops Bean family in the soil and climatic conditions of the Astrakhan region. Objective: To identify the most promising for the climatic conditions of the Northern Caspian fodder legume family of high adaptive capacity and a significant level of potential yield. In subsequent years it is planned to obtain new experimental data on the introduction of non-traditional for the Northern Caspian fodder for the realization of their potential productivity of the soil and environmental conditions of the Lower Volga region. All studied herbs are highly productive and can be recommended for wide practical application.
