COMPATIBILITY TEST OF OILS FROM PRIRAZLOMNOYE, OLEYNIKOVSKOYE AND OF KORCHAGIN FIELDS AT THEIR MIXTURE

Compatibility of oils from Prirazlomnoye, of Korchagin and Oleynikovskoye fields on the indexes of density and viscosity is investigated. Three mixes are prepared and studied: oils from fields of a name Yu. Korchagina and Prirazlomnoye, oils from fields of a name Yu. Korchagina and Oleynikovskoye, oils from Prirazlomnoye and Oleynikovskoye fields, in various volume ratios. Density (a piknometrichesky method) and viscosities (a vyazkozimetrichesky method) of the prepared mixes are experimentally measured and compared to theoretically calculated values for bipropellant mixes. By the received results the schedules reflecting a divergence between are constructed by experimentally received and theoretically calculated values of density and viscosity of the prepared mixes of oils. Anomalies in the studied parameters are revealed that testifies to the poor compatibility of oils. Naphtha from the field of Prirazlomnoye is badly compatible to oils of Korchagin and Oleynikovskoye fields, and oils from Oleynikovskoye's fields and of Korchagin are among themselves combined. Noticeable deviations of density and viscosity of the studied mixes of oils are a consequence of body height of volume ratio of the suspended colloid particles which are formed at mixture of two incompatible oils. Incompatibility of oils is caused by their chemical composition.
