Age features of free radical processes in the liver and easy rats against stresses of the different modality

The stress of different modalities investigated peroxidation of proteins and lipid peroxidation in the liver and lungs of white rats of different postnatal age. Found age-related differences of intensity of free radical processes, which are to improve the level of protein peroxidation in aged rats and divergent dependent tissues level changes of lipid peroxidation. Stressful changes in the level of lipid peroxidation are multidirectional nature and depend on the age and animal tissue. Established that the emotional pain and hyperoxic stress led to activation of spontaneous and dependent ascorbic acid lipid peroxidation in the liver and lung. On the model of hypoxic stress shows sufficient reactivity of lung tissue against free-radical oxidation, which is age-appropriate. Hypoxic and hyperoxic stress accompanied by a decrease in the oxidative degradation of the protein components in the lung tissue and the liver. The influence of the age factor on the stressor dynamics of free radical processes in all organs. The intensity of free radical oxidation of lipids in the body of animals under the influence of emotional pain, hyperoxic and hypoxic stress is more intensive compared to the peroxide destruction of proteins.
