The work is dedicated to one of the priority tasks of modern analytical chemistry - the development of effective methods of investigation and analysis of organic compounds with pharmaceutical value. Studied sensitive method for determination of pyridoxine by reaction with iron (II) in the presence of bromophenol blue to form a colored complex of iron (II). After the necessary experimental work on the effect of pyridoxine on iron chelation (II) with bromophenol blue. The experimental data is presented in graphical form, composition and set conditions for the formation of the complex, the main characteristics of the resulting system. The article displayed calibration straight line for determining the drug, its calculated equation, defined the limit of detection of the test vitamin preparations. The results of scientific work on the qualitative and quantitative determination of pyridoxine will improve the quality of treatment and prevention of diseases, such as allergies, eczema, seborrheic dermatitis and anemia.
