Ionic liquids and solutions are widely used in various fields: petrochemical industry, medicine, pharmacy, electrochemistry, synthesis of polymers, due to their specific properties: no toxicity, no flammability, reusable, practical absence of the saturated vapor pressure, a very wide range of liquid state, a low melting point. There was researched aqueous solutions of the lecithin in the article. The data obtained and the specific calculations were made molar conductivity. The results indicate that with increasing dilution of lecithin solution conductivity solutions increases reaching a maximum value - the electrical conductivity at infinite dilution. Checking the validity of the Onsager equation calculated by taking into account the incomplete dissociation in moderately dilute solutions provided substituting the concentration of free ions of equal О±S can judge that the aqueous solutions of lecithin are considered an ionic liquid in the range of 2в€™10mol /dm and higher concentrations.
