In the work there were studied the stress-induced both changes in the statistical and wave characteristics of the heart rhythm variability (HRV) of non-linear rats with stimulation (L-dopa and amantadine, by 20 mg/kg of b.w. abdominally) and blockade (sulpiride, 10 mg/kg b.w. and SCH-2339, 0.1 mg/kg b.w. abdominally) the dopaminergic system (DFS) of the brain. In the state of quiet wakefulness while background of the DFS stimulation and blockade in rats registered a higher HRF and power of LF- and VLF-wave ranges of HRV, than the control animals. Against while background of the DFS both stimulation and blockade stress reaction proceeds at a reduced reactivity of the HRF (increase of only 12-15 % against the control value in 25-39 %), accelerated (to 15th minute) fall of waves power in all ranges, especially of LF Рё VLF. The specificity of the reaction of HRV at stress evident in reducing of VLF-waves on the background of the DFS stimulation, in reducing with a consequential increase of VLF-waves on the background of the DFS blockade. However, despite this decrease, at all stages of stress (15-30-60th minute) in rats with the DFS both stimulation and blockade still higher the absolute and relative power of LF- and VLF-waves and below the power of HF-wave, then in the control group of rats. This shows that under conditions of acute stress on the background changes of the DFS activity may increase the depressor mechanisms activity of heart rate regulation.
