The contents of the main kinds of cytokines in the condition of experimental toxic stress

The research contains the information of the morphofunctional condition of mast cells (labrocytes) in the red bone marrow of rats in a toxic stress, caused by influence of gaseous sulfur pollutants, on the stages of ontogeny of experimental animals that correspond to youthful, adult and mature person's age, also reviewed the results of the correction. It was found that the young and presenile periods of the rats ontogenesis are the most sensitive to the toxic stresses influence on the system mast cells red bone marrow. The protective effect of sodium emoxipine is able to serve as protection from the influence of gaseous sulfur pollutants on the system mast cells red bone marrow of rats, while clearly observed dependence of this effect on the stage of ontogenesis, on which animals consists.
