Species composition of the genus , its biological and pharmacological characteristics

For the Lower Volga and Astrakhan region characterized by 5 taxa: Elaeagnus angustifolia L. , E. commutate Bernh, E. caspica (Sosn, Grossh), E. oxycarpa (Schlecht.) and Elaeagnus oxycarpa microcarpa (Serv.). Gaschromatography-mass spectrometry analysis of phytochemical components of fruits Elaeagnus angustifolia , collected in an area. Rastopulovka, Volga region of Astrakhan region, was carried out on the system “GC Clarus 500 Perkin Elmer”, including AOC-20i autosampler and a gas chromatograph coupled with mass spectrometer (GC-MS). The water and 70 % alcohol extractions contains of β-carboline alkaloids, polysaccharides, esters, flavonglikozidy, phenols, phenolic acids, ketones, fenilesters, pyrimidine, terpenes and steroids. Analysis of the current research’s results evidence about the perspective of study antimicrobial, antioxidant, wound healing, cardioprotective and lipid-lowering effects gastroprotective phytocomponents, isolated from different parts of the Loch kind.
