The material for the study were reproductive cells of Russian sturgeon ( Acipenser gueldenstaedtii Brandt & Ratzeburg, 1833) and Beluga ( Huso huso Linnaeus, 1758), obtained during the spawning campaign. The aim of this study was to determine the possibility of changes in cryoprotective medium volume fraction endocellular protector depending on intracellular fluid contained in the sperm of sturgeon. Shows the effectiveness of reducing the toxic effect of substances in the composition of the cryoprotective medium, which in turn reduced the toxic effect on spermatozoa and resulted in increased life time of defrosted cells Beluga at on 20,23 %, Russian sturgeon - 47,33 %. Results allow to recommend the adjustment of the concentration endocellular protector in the cryoprotective solution for sperm of sturgeon fish.
