Ontogenesis is a unique physiological process of implementation of the genetic program of an individual which is influenced by factors of various nature. The markers of these effects are various disorders in the development of the physiological structures of the organism, which include small and large anomalies of development. In this regard the research of frequency of small anomalies of development among the students of university is conducted. Identification of small anomalies of development of the examined students was carried out visually according to phenotypes of hands and feet. The analysis allowed to identify that 26.4 % of students (n = 66) have a number of stigmata of a disembryogenesis (a sandal-shape crack, overlaying fingers on each other, a syndactyly, a clinodactyly, a brachydactyly, a arachnodactyly, the Greek foot, flat foot). Intragroup distribution of the revealed stigmata in a research was arranged in the ratio: 74.25 % - sporadic cases, 25.75 % - hereditarily caused. The received results allowed to come to conclusion that during the perinatal period of an ontogenesis of the examined students to a large extent an unfavorable effect was performed by exogenous and endogenous causes than a genetic predisposition.
