Studying of behavior of DNA-aptamer of inhibitors of thrombin in an organism will allow to define the main pharmacokynetic and pharmakodynamic properties, as preparations for possible further clinical use. Definition of interaction DNA-aptamer of inhibitors of thrombin with proteins of plasma of blood and links of system of a hemostasis by means of modern biochemical techniques will give the chance to define their efficiency of action in blood plasma. Studying of distribution, accumulation and removal will determine the term of semi-removal and possible side effects by histologic, histochemical and immunohistochemical methods.
