In the work there were studied the changes of number of adrenaline granules (NAG) on erythrocytes, erythrocytes ОІ-adrenoreactivity (ОІ-EAR), heart rate frequency (HRF) and stress index (SI) in rats at the introduction of a ОІ-adrenergic- and M-cholinergic receptors substances (ОІ-AR and M-ChR) and with the stimulation of the central noradrenergic system (NAS). The blocker of ОІ-AR anapriline (2 mg/kg of body weight) and the blocker of M-ChR atropine (1 mg/kg of body weight) cause an almost two-fold decrease in NAG on erythrocytes (from 174 to 67 and 99 units) and ОІ-EAR (from 40 to 20 and 18 rel. units) with specifically effects of each blocker to the heart rhythm. The activation of the NAS (maprotiline, 10 mg/kg of body weight) induces a trend to decrease in NAG and an increase ОІ-EAR up to about 60 units, as well as a tendency for growth of HRF, that is, accompanied by a decrease in the binding of catecholamines with erythrocytes and an increase in reactivity to complimentary to ОІ-AR substances. At the activation of the NAS, the effects of ОІ-AR and M-ChR blockers in the form of a decrease in NAG on erythrocytes appear clearly, but on the ОІ-EAR, HRF and SI effects have altered or weakened. High values of ОІ-EAR, HRF and SI after administration of ОІ-AR and M-ChR blockers indicate a consistently high level of adrenergic influences on visceral functions during stimulation of the NAS in connection with a sustained increase in the reactivity of adrenergic signaling cascades.
