PERFORMANCE OF ENDURANCE INDICATORS OF MENTALLY DISABLED TEENAGERS (13-15 Y.O.), ENGAGED IN CHEERLEADING

The article presents the results of a survey of mentally disabled teenagers of 13-15 years old, going in for cheerleading. The features of the performance of endurance development during cheerleading exercises displayed and explained. As the subjects were mentally disabled teenagers of 13-15 years old, studying in GKOU of “boarding school №1 for students with disabilities”, the city of Astrakhan. On the basis of this School our survey took place. To identify the dynamics of the endurance development were organized two groups and selected two tests for the detection of functional training of mentally disabled teenagers before and after school cheerleading - there are The Cooper`s Test and The Rufie`s Test .Examinees of experimental group (group no. 2) were engaged in cheerleading. The experiment was conducted for 24 months. The analysis of the survey showed that Group no. 1 has a slight improvement in the average test result of the Cooper`s Test and deteriorating results of the Rufie`s Test. At the same time, Group no. 2 has a gain and improved results in both tests.
