The natural guardfund of the Astrakhan Region includes the territories of Astrakhan State Biosphere Reserve, Ilmenno-Bugroviy Wildlife Sanctuary, Bogdinsko-Baskunchakskiy State Nature Reserve, botanical natural sanctuaries (sites with rare vegetation). It is of great significance to study lichenoflora of territories that are subject to excessive economic impact, and this characteristic pertains to the Astrakhan Region. The study we have carried out defined that the lichenoflora of the Astrakhan region consists of 137 species, falling into 48 genera, 23 families, 10 orders. This paper is aimed at revealing peculiarities of biodiversity of lichenoflora of the wildlife reserves of the Astrakhan region. The results of analysis comparing total number of lichens in the Astrakhan region with the lichenoflora of the wildlife reserves are presented. Lichenological characteristics of distribution of lichens on substrates is given, the incidence and calculation of average project lichen cover on Salix Alba as dominant species is determined. Dominant and co-dominant groups of lichen on different types of willow stands are distinguished. Total amount of taxonsin the wildlife reserves comprised 85 species, falling into 38 genera.
