Currently, human health is exposed to strong influence of various negative effects of anthropogenic character. The most important aspect of this problem is research of the respiratory system in the relationship with the environment. The mucous membrane of the nasal cavity, trachea and bronchi - is "the first line of defense" of the respiratory system and is particularly sensitive to the effects of anthropogenic factors. The article presents a review of the scientific data on the study of structural-functional state of the human respiratory tract in terms of impacts of different industrial ekopathogenic factors, including the Astrakhan region. Presents data on the specifics of the functional realignment of the various divisions of the respiratory system of the person, including in experimental modeling. Marked medikosocialordering the importance of the issue.
