Plant remedies play a significant role in the correction of disorders occurring in functional disorders of the nervous system, with a broad spectrum of biological activity and low toxicity. The increase anxiety and anxiety-depressive states associated with an increase in stressful influences in contemporary society threatens not only the mental health of the population, but also stimulates the development of psychosomatic diseases. In this study we investigated the behavioral responses of female rats in Suok-test and peroxide hemolysis with the introduction of the oil and aqueous extract of fruit Elaeagnus angustifolia. The experiment used 30 female albino rats. The animals were divided into three groups: 1) intact control; 2) the animals, taking an aqueous extract of E. angustifolia; animals, taking oil extract of E. angustifolia. It found an increase in peroxide resistance of erythrocytes when administered as an oil and aqueous extracts E. angustifolia compared to the control. Behavioral reactions Suok-test under the effect of extracts of E. angustifolia practically unchanged.
