Change of adrenoreactivity and СЃholinereactivity of blood erythrocytes, heart rate variability and free radical balance of blood with administration of beta-antiadrenergic and M-anticholinergics

In the work there were studied the changes of erythrocytes ОІ-adreno- and M-cholinreactivity (ОІ-EAR and M-EChR), the indexes of the heart rhythm variability (HRV) and the free radical balance of blood of rats with peripheral blockade of adrenergic- and cholinergic receptors (AR and ChR). The introduction of anapriline (2 mg/kg of body weight) caused the double decrease of ОІ-EAR (from 40 to 20 rel. units), HRF fall (by 25 %) and a moderate weakening of HRV wave power, especially of VLF. At the same time increases the concentration of TBA-RP, catalase activity of plasma and erythrocyte in blood. The introduction of atropine (1 mg/kg of body weight) also lead to the almost double decrease of M-EChR (from 12-13 to 6 rel. units), but induces the rapid rising of the HRF (by 30 %) and the weakening of ten times the power of all HRV waves, as well as increasing of blood antioxidant protection without changing the concentration of TBA-RP in the plasma. The blockade of AR and ChR increased the strength of correlations between the ОІ-EAR and M-EChR on one side and the parameters of HRV and the free radical balance of blood on the other. We believe that the cholinergic and adrenergic regulatory factors cause unidirectional, but marked to different extents, effects on the osmotic resistance of erythrocytes, HRV wave power, catalase activity of blood, antagonism of their effects clearly defined only in HRF.
