A 200-year debate about the etiology, pathogenesis and clinical tactic cerebral arteriovenous malformations is still relevant because of the rarity and diagnostic difficulties. The analyzed case is complex, resolvable only histologically, arterivenous malformation of the tentorium of cerebellum promotes understanding of the etiology of malformations of the blood vessels of the brain, clarifies the differential diagnosis of a number of voluminous diseases of the posterior cranial fossa and determines the identified clinical features of arteriovenous malformation of the tentorium of cerebellum. Accumulated and analyzed by proposed as the defining clinical features of the observations will allow in the future to a greater degree clarify aspects of the etiology, pathogenesis, nomenclature, classification, clinical course and diagnosis of arteriovenous malformation of the brain malformation.
