The study presents the dynamics of free radical processes of lipid peroxidation in plasma and the sensitivity of erythrocytes to peroxide hemolysis when exposed to stressful and with the introduction of О±-tocopherol, cycloferon and their combination in adult rats. Immobilization stress causes significant increase of malondialdehyde by 63.6 % and the percentage of hemolysis of red blood cells to 68.75 %, indicating a decrease adaptive capacity of the organism due to the accumulation of oxidants. The results of the study significantly showed the corrective action of pharmacological agents (О±-tocopherol - acetate, and cycloferon combination) on adult rats at rest and stressed by immobilization. The effects of О±-tocopherol with cycloferon in adult rats led to activation of adaptive mechanisms of the body, which was expressed in falling rates of oxidative degradation of lipids in the blood plasma and increase the resistance of red blood cells, especially during stress-induced processes.
