Currently, the cases of burn injuries are one of the urgent problems of medicine and society as a whole. After thermal injury, the liver is exposed to toxic substances. It reflects a picture of the accumulation of toxins, which leads to disruption of its structure, functions, and shift the homeostasis of the whole organism. Revealed histopathological features of the liver structure of normal and hypertensinogenic rats. Also investigated morphological characteristics of the liver of experimental groups of rats under treatment with different drugs. The features of structure and functional activity of hepatocytes in the liver tissue of rats in norm and under the influence of hyperthermia. It is established that hyperthermia causes a reaction of diferent organs involved in maintaining organism homeostasis.
