During the burn process is extremely important part is the liver. The liver as the main detoxification organ directly reflects a complete picture of the accumulation of toxins, which can lead to disruption of homeostasis. Studied the specific activity of the enzyme, aldehyddehydrogenase, identified its minimum value and, therefore, detected the accumulation of malondialdehyde in the liver. Also studied the content of this toxic medium-chain aldehyde. The features of lipid peroxidation in liver tissue both in norm and under the influence of hyperthermia. It is established that hyperthermia causes a reaction of all the organs involved in maintaining body homeostasis, including, and liver.
