In the conditions of chronic intoxication the condition of free radical processes in bodies of immune system in post-natal ontogenesis, and also against introduction of a complex of antioxidants is investigated (vitamin E and a timalin). In the course of the experiment revealed the age changes in the level of free radical processes in thymus gland, lymph nodes, a spleen of rats - males at various stages of ontogeny, revealed differences rate of lipid peroxidation and oxidative modification of proteins. A comparison of the activity of the state of antioxidant protection of immune system in the ontogenetic aspect. The most intensive lipid peroxidation and protein occur at a young age. In conditions of chronic intoxication is set higher levels of lipid peroxidation products in young and old rats, compared with a group of adult animals. Experiments have shown that the introduction of a complex antioxidant restores weakened the function of the immune system, leading to a reduction in free-radical processes in all age groups, but with a more pronounced effect in older animals.
