Important components of endoecological rehabilitation are techniques of management of the interstitsialny humoral transport (IHT) and lymphatic drenazhy (LD) both in fabrics, and at the level of a complete organism. A research objective was development of a method of an objective assessment of IGT and LD and research with his help of influence on them of the preparation "Imozimaza" as means of minimization of pathogenic influence of sulfur-containing pollyutant. The method columnar gel filtration on “Sephadex G-50” is applied to the solution of questions of communications with components of serum of the person, degree of saturability and approximate molecular mass of the components of serum connected with dye. As the exogenous toxic agent the natural drained gas has been applied. Experiment is made on 40 white not purebred laboratory rats males. The preparation "Imozimaza" considerably and statistically authentically reduces the studied indicator of IGT and LD. Use of the preparation "Imozimaza" effectively and statistically authentically. This fact predetermines use for an intensification of processes of IGT and LD of a dosage of the preparation "Imozimaza" of 2 mg/kg.
