The study presents the results of DNA purification from frozen and fresh plant samples of Nelumbo Nucifera, which was conducted using three methods: 1. With the help of a completed test system “AmpliSense” “Ribo-prep”. 2. On the standard protocol of DNA purification from plant material (Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy). 3. The third method is based on buffer cytolysis on the basis of STAV. Three of the most available methods, which showed sufficiently fast and qualitative result in the present experiment, were analyzed and chosen. ID data of all three methods were different; the most efficient method for frozen sample was a completed test system “AmpliSense” “Ribo-prep”, and the most efficient method for fresh sample was on the standard protocol of DNA purification from plant material (Russian State Agrarian University - Moscow Timiryazev Agricultural Academy).
