Integrated indicator of the ecological and biological condition of the broken lands as objects of recultivation

The paper studies ecological and biological characteristics of some types of urban land, which belong to the category of disturbed lands. On the basis of selected indicators calculated integral index of ecological and biological condition of the soil (IPEBSP). Biological monitoring of the state of disturbed soil in Astrakhan seems relevant from the point of view of obtaining reliable information on the changes occurring degradation and further predict the environmental consequences of human activities on the territory and the possible scenario of remediation activities. Studied urbanozem, URBO-soil and natural soil kulturozemy Astrakhan, located in different administrative districts. As an ecological and biological indicators selected biochemical activity: catalase, invertase, urease; the number of microorganisms as determined by fluorescence microscopy: bacteria, actinomycetes and mikromitcetov; the number of eco-trophic groups of microorganisms: ammonifiers, amilolitikov, spore-forming bacteria; cellulolytic activity. The paper used standard biochemical and microbiological methods. Integral indicator of ecological and biological condition of different types of urban land has the same level of overall biogenesis, which varies from 31 to 39%, indicating that the impact of the anthropogenic impact on the soil system is equally throughout the city, regardless of the area of location and selection of place soil.
