The sorption of bile acids on carbon sorbents particles with a diameter of 1 mm (AРљ-1) and particles with a diameter of 0.5 mm (AРљ-0.5), obtained by carbonization of apricot pits. Active carbon from apricot pits AK-0.5 has a high sorption-governmental characteristics. These carbons, unreleased from inorganic components, consist of a set of clusters containing siloxane groups. These clusters are involved in the reactions of formation of hydrogen bonds with the hydrogen ions carboxyl groups of bile acids. This is consistent with the values О”H sorption (14.30 kJ/mol) obtained by us. It is also important that the sorbent AK-0.5 has a high sorption capacity with respect to bile acids. The results suggest that active carbon from apricot pits AK-0.5 can be used as an enterosorbent and also a hemosorbent.
