At different stages of ontogenesis and on model of a thermal stress research of level of biogenous amines (serotonin and adrenaline) in pulmonary fabric and, for comparison in blood of white rats is conducted. Age dependence of changes of these parameters in norm is investigated and when modeling a thermal stress. Data unambiguously show age natural dynamics of the content of serotonin in lungs. After thermal influence lungs of animals of different age react multidirectional changes of the content of serotonin in fabric: the stress provoked increase of its level at the not sexual maturity and the sexual maturity of 5 monthly rats and decrease at old and 12 monthly animals. Reaction of pulmonary fabric to a stress concerning adrenaline had smaller expressiveness along with insignificant age distinctions. Age distinctions took place and in blood plasma which consisted in various content of serotonin at rats of different age. Concerning adrenaline the maximum values in its level are shown by us only at adult 5 monthly rats, both in norm, and at thermal influence.
