The study presents the dynamics of free radical processes of oxidative modification of proteins in plasma during stress exposure and pharmacological correction (the introduction of α-tocopherol, cycloferon) in мature and aged rats. Adaptive mechanisms to stress in our study are more pronounced inмature animals. The greatest antioxidant effect has had a complex of α-tocopherol acetate and cycloferon in older animals. Up to 60 % decrease in the number of secondinternational neutral and basic character in aged rats. During stress, the action of α-tocopherol resulted in a decrease compared with the “stress” of aldehyddehydrogenase main character. At rest, and especially under stress cycloferon in combination with α-tocopherol exerted a protective effect and increased the antioxidant effect of α-tocopherol.
