Mercury toxication of plants is the most dangerous manifestation of anthropogenous influence and leads to irre-versibie consequences in physiology of all vegetable organism. Sheet diagnostics allows to conduct monitoring supervision over this process, to estimate a condition of vegetable community on the studied site of a landscape and by its results to develop effective measures for decrease in this negative influence or its complete elimination. Modern nuclear and absorbing spectrometers allow to carry out not only the laboratory analysis in stationary conditions, but also to conduct regular measurements directly on nature. It gives the chance to receive more operational information necessary for a reliable and timely assessment of a condition of environment on this toxicant in the real mode of time. For definition of extent of seasonal accumulation of mercury in a leaf field spring and autumn works were carried out. The obtained data showed that the level of accumulation of mercury in leaves of a black poplar in the urbanized territory is higher, than on the technogenic. The urban environment is most polluted by this microcell and the reasons of such phenomenon a set. Sheet diagnostics has fixed and has estimated a level of seasonal accumulation of the general mercury in leaves of a black poplar, and on size of factor of accumulation in city territory it is possible to draw a conclusion, that the urbanized territory is more polluted, than compared object. Such process causes infringement of a morphological and anatomic structure of formed leaves. Visually this process is found out on damages on a top and the central vein of a leaf, however, during conducting field works appreciable, such, damages of leaves is not revealed in surveyed territories.
