There are significant changes in the hydrological regime in the Volga River basin since the 60s of the 20th century to the present day, which led to a radical transformation of the ecological situation in the region. The analysis of changes in the hydrological regime of the river Volga as a result of the impact of human activities and climatic changes in certain factors from 1922 to 2013 years was mode.Obtained periods of changes in the hydrological regime of the river Volga (natural, little disturb, modified, and over-regulated). According to the periods calculated the average annual volume of runoff, the volume of runoff for the II quarter by decade, the percentage of water flow for the II quarter of the total annual runoff volume change of water flow in winter period, maximum waters level rising during floods from 1952 to 2013., the change in precipitation for thirty years period was calculated.
