Entomopathogenicity of some collections strains of Bacillus thuringiensis at specimens of Lepidoptera (bee-moth and pyralid) is evaluated. It’s discovered in laboratory conditions that strains of Bacillus thuringiensis No. 67, No. 75, H3 are entomopathogen at Galleria mellonella caterpillars of 1-2 age. High mortality of pyralid caterpillar 3 days after working feed by collections strains of Bacillus thuringiensis No. 67, No. 75 is marked. The standard preparation Lepidotsid of the joint venture didn't show insecticidal activity at the test insect. The data obtained in the laboratory model trials allow to conclude the prospects of use of strains of B. thuringiensis No. 67 and No. 75 of the 5th serotype for fight against Lepidoptera, in particular, the representatives of Pyralidae family.
