The purpose of this research is learning of cultural-morphological and physiological and biochemical properties of the active strains of oil destructors, isolated from the marine waters of the Caspian Sea near the port of Bautino (Kazakhstan). The article presents the results of the phylogenetic identification of reactive oxidizing bacteria isolated from the marine environment of the Caspian Sea as a result of microbiological screening. These micro-organisms will be used in the future as a basis for a new biological product of oil pollution in marine waters. For the study we selected the four most active hydrocarbon oxidizing microorganisms from the culture collection of the Department "Environmental and chemical technology", Caspian State University of Technology and Engineering named Sh. Esenov, Kazakhstan. We studied strains studied the ability to grow on rich medium, and mineral medium with oil, acid resistance is defined strains revealed ability to sporulation. Also for the test isolates to determine the ability of fermentable carbohydrates and found some other physiological and biochemical properties (the ability to form ammonia, proteases, indole, hydrogen sulfide). The analysis Sequence variable regions of genes encoding 16S rRNA “FGUPGosNIIGenetika” (Moscow, Russia) found that two active hydrocarbon strains are members of the species Bacillus cereus. This type of microorganisms relates to conditionally pathogenic microflora in the composition of biological products can not be used without additional toxicity studies strains and their metabolites on warm-blooded animals. Phylogenetic analysis of the remaining bacteria bacteria showed that they are members of the species Bacillus subtilis and Acinetobacter johnsonii.
