Heart rate variability and adreno reactivity of blood erythrocytes in nonlinear rats with blockade of noradrenergic system of brain

We studied changes of heart rate variability (HRV) wave characteristics and adreno reactivity of erythrocytes membrane in nonlinear rats at introduction noradrenergic neurotoxin DSP-4 (N-(2-chloroethyl)-N-ethyl-2-bromobenzylamine; 10 mg/kg of body weight), exhaustive the noradrenaline stocks in a brain. After introduction neurotoxin DSP-4 the capacity of LF- and VLF-waves raised, the stress index reduced and the index of centralization increased in male and female rats with domination of HF-waves. After introduction neurotoxin the share of low-frequency waves in HRV-spectrum and the index of centralization were reduced, and in male it has been caused by increase of capacity of HF-waves, and in female - by decrease of capacity of LF-and VLF-waves in rats with initial domination LF-and VLF-waves. The adreno reactivity of erythrocytes membranes raise a little only in male rats in experiment. The received data confirm, that the central noradrenergic mechanisms can participate in formation of low fluctuations of HRV-spectrum. However the participation of noradrenergic transmitter in formation of low waves of HRV has the features in animals with initially various structure of HRV-spectrum.
