Influence of the light exposure mode on lipid peroxidation intensity in norm and at cadmium intoxications

Influence supported throughout 1,5 months light (LD) and dark deprivations (DD) on concentration of lipid peroxidations (LP) in tissues of a liver, kidneys, the cerebral hemispheres and gonads of white rats males and females in the conditions of an intoxication by cadmium chloride (2 mg on 100 g weights of a body per os within 15 days) was studied. It is established that at natural illumination cadmium chloride caused decrease in intensity the LP in a liver and kidneys of females that can speak increase of antioxidizing systems activity against toxic stress. In the conditions of DD the concentration of the LP products in kidneys and a brain at males, in a liver, a brain and gonads at females decreased. On the contrary LD reduced of tiobarbiturate products concentration in kidneys at animals of both genders, and in a liver and gonads only at females. Cadmium chloride of against deprivations raised the maintenance of the LP products that was noted against DD in a brain at males, in a liver and gonads at females, and in the LD conditions in a liver at animals of both genders. The increase in formation of lipid peroxides in the conditions of artificial photodeprivations can testify to an exhaustion of an antioxidizing systems resource of preliminary stimulated by absence of the information on change of day and night.
