Transient neurologic deficiency in classical neurology is the reliable messenger of any pathological process in nervous fabric. However the diagnostic opportunities which have significantly extended for the last 10-15 years and absence of due clinical treatment of numerous neurovisualization researches postulate further judgment of ideas of interrelation of development and a condition of the arterial course of a brain of the person with transient neurologic deficiency. The logical sequence of clinical supervision has presented in work illustrates recuring transient neurologic deficiency against difficult options of a structure of the arterial course of a brain as result of neurobiological adaptation of a brain.
