Influence mineral waters of Remontnensky and Har-Buluk deposits on structural and functional state of gastric mucosa in experimental ulcerogenesis of rats

Identified protective antiulcer effect of mineral water sources Kislyy and Har-Buluk of Republic of Kalmykia against gastric ulcers caused by pyloric ligation. Physico-chemical composition of mineral waters of analyzed deposits was studied. It is possible that this water can regulate gastric mucosal homeostasis through the activation of protective mechanisms related to the suppression of activity of aggressive factors such as excess of gastric mucosa acid and pepsin. Thus, the activity of the mineral waters were proved in point of pathologies of the gastrointestinal tract.
