The features of structural transformation of the thymus in normal white rats - males and identified the general principles of its maturation in postnatal ontogenesis. Revealed age characteristics of the cellular composition of the thymus tissue of rats in norm. The dynamics of changes in morphometric parameters and set periods of accelerated development of cancer. A database of biometric characteristics of the thymus in normal rats . It was found that along with the restructuring and reduction of the amount of the cortex and medulla in the parenchyma of the thymus with age rat adipose tissue appears early . Certain fat cells are found in the thymus of young rats. In the future, there is overgrowth of connective tissue stroma and an increase in body fat tissue. By year of life rat adipose tissue replaces most of the parenchyma of the organ.
