The polinitromethans in reactions with diazocompounds

In the mini-review autor systematized information cillected over the past decade in the feid of reactivity polinitromethyl compounds, including those containing azaheterocycles, on the various diazoalkanes (diazomethane, diazoethane, phenyldiazomethane, diazoester, 9-diazofluoren, diazoantren, diphenyl- and dimethyldiazomethane). Its is shown that depending on the nature of the polinitromethyl compounds, connection diazoalkans or conditions of the processes can be completed to obtain nange of end products: oxides of 3-nitroisoxazolines, 1-halo-2,2,2-trinitroethans, dinitroalkens, 1,2,3-triazoles, salt of dinitromethane. Us opportunities polinitromethyl syntetic compounds revealed areas of their practical application and identified the prospects for furherv research. It s shown that the desired products have antimicribal, antimicobacterial, hypertensive, psychotropic action. Functionalized polinitromethyle compounds of interest in the field of agriculture, veterinary medicine and industry. Bibliography – the original 122 patriotic and foreign literature of recent decades.
