The development of vascular plexus of all ventricles of cerebrum vertebrates and humans was investigated, and main patterns of maturation in philo- and ontogenesis were revealed. Main peculiarities of structural and spatial relations of components of vascular plexus: epithelium, vessels, conjunctive tissue and some cellular elements at fishes, amphibians, reptiles, birds and mammals. In case of Caspiomyzon wagneris it is presented by epithelial plate accompanied by vessels. In case of fishes epithelial plate consists of two types of cells. In case of amphibians there are rudiments, resembling definitive structures. In case of birds the structure of vascular plexus of lateral ventricle is simplified, this characterize the structure for mammalians as well. In case of humans all the plexus are characterized by rugosity. The peculiarities of cellular composition of vascular plexus of each ventricle were found out. It was shown, that the structure of vascular plexus of cerebrum of humans has its differences, not only from philogenetically far forms, but from closely related within class of mammalians forms.
