We executed bioindication of pine ecosystems in two protected areas. The studies were conducted according to the "Technique of registration of the chlorophyll delayed fluorescence at bioindication of the air pollution on coniferous". The research was conducted in protected arias “Chernyaevsky les” and “Osinskaya lesnaya dacha”. In the two pilot areas placed on 30 sample plots. We selected 600 samples of pine needles to measure the delayed fluorescence of chlorophyll. The author has made a graph of average daily changes of delayed fluorescence in the investigated territories, depending on temperature and humidity. The value of delayed fluorescence in the “Osinskaya lesnaya dacha” taken as a background in carrying out of bioindication and estimation of photosynthetic activity. The value of the delayed fluorescence declines on 25 % or more to the background under significant anthropogenic pressures. Even at an early stage of the ecosystems degradation the parameters deviations indicates about a human impact. The author conducted a geochemical research. According to the results revealed differences indicators of soil quality and needles at pilot areas. In soils of «Chernyaevsky les» detected an excess of some microelements. As a result, for the investigated areas are made the environmental monitoring program. In addition, the author proposed environmental measures that will optimize condition protected areas.
